Event Details:

• Venue: 860 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

• Parking: Paid lot, spots not guaranteed. Sunday parking is typically easier, but plan ahead to arrive on time so you don’t miss your boarding time! 

Event Timeline:

• Photography: Upon boarding, get photos with the professional photographer at the front of the boat. Then, visit the 360 photo booth on the third floor (staff escort required) - access granted after the VIP tickets.

• Pau Hana Tiki Lounge: Split into VIP and Silver ticket sections, with a dedicated bar, appetizers, and desserts. VIPs have exclusive food and seating in their section.

• DJ & Dancing: Music from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Cruise: Boat sails from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, docked from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Event Ends at 11:00 PM

• Fashion Show & Followed by a Coordinated Dance: 8:30 PM, enjoy a fashion/runway show followed by a coordinated dance. If you provided your Instagram, we’ll tag you in your runway video!

• Raffle Draw: Winner drawn at 10:00 PM. Check the raffle table before leaving to claim prizes.

Food & Drinks:

• Food: Charcuterie board available in the Tiki Lounge upon boarding

• Desserts: served at 9:00 PM

• Drinks: Each Silver Ticket receives a punch card with 5 punches, redeemable for beer, wine, or mocktails. Alternatively, each punch can be exchanged for 2 raffle tickets at the raffle table if you’d prefer. 

Game:

• Throughout the evening - find NINE keys with letters scattered around the boat. 

• Unscramble the letters and then find the masked man in black and tell him the secret word. He’ll give you a ticket for a chance to win a special prize. 

• Please don’t move the keys - The game is for everyone to play throughout the evening! 

Raffle Table:

• Silver Tickets receive 1 raffle ticket (plus 1 extra if guest info was submitted pre-event).

• Additional tickets can be earned by participating in the fashion show, or exchanging drink punches. 

• Additional tickets can be purchased as well!

• Drop tickets into draws for prizes that interest you throughout the evening. Winner will be announced at 10:00PM. 

Photo Ops:

• 360 Photo Booth on 3rd level (escort required) - VIP's given first shots 

• Photo Booth with Photo Strips on bottom level

• Photographer dedicated at beginning of the evening, then will take other photos throughout the evening - photos will be available in 4-6 weeks (to give her time to edit all the fun!)

• Fashion / Runway Show

• Marquee letters at the front of the boat with the view of the water!

Vendors:

• There will be vendors on board the boat. You will receive a $25 gift certificate to use at any of the vendors. Turn in your certificate to them when you’d like to redeem it.  

• There will be some vendors on the first deck, and some on the second deck inside the Salish Lodge!

SILVER TICKET Goodie Bags:

• Distributed when you disembark to ensure belongings aren’t misplaced. 

• Your gift certificate for use with onboard vendors will be provided when you check in. We’re excited for you to see what’s inside!
