If this is your first time logging in - click "forgot password" and set a new one

Once you create the password, go back to the link and log in to the portal

If you have already registered, and/or have more than one ticket registered under your email address: At the top left hand corner, "ALL PROJECTS" and it will show you all the tickets registered under your email.
